Minister for Transport Gladys Berejiklian today announced the community will be able to get more information about the North West Rail Link at eight public sessions across the region in April and May. The community information sessions are part of the first Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) into the rail link, which goes on public exhibition in April. “Planning is well underway on the North West Rail Link and these public information sessions are an important part of the ongoing dialogue with the community,” Ms Berejiklian said. “During April and May, community information sessions will be held on proposed tunnelling, underground railway station construction and above ground work as part of the first EIS.” Community information sessions about the project will be held at Epping, Rouse Hill, Castle Hill, Cherrybrook and Baulkham Hills.
