Morning Peninsula finally granted more taxi licences to help combat shortage

Morning Peninsula grapples with taxi shortage Posted on 10 Feb 2014 Peninsula Taxis has applied for several new taxi licences over the past few years to help combat a taxi shortage in the Morning Peninsula, but to no avail. The TSC have finally granted them three new taxi licences which will provide the region with two standard taxis and one wheelchair-accessible taxi. However, more taxis are urgently needed to keep up with the demand across the peninsula, particularly during peak times.
